Tracy Yap Realty is looking for a Property Officer to join our Property Management team, working across our Chatswood and Epping teams.

The Role

As a Property Officer, you'll be an important part of our Property Management team and a key point of contact for our clients and tenants.

Your day will include:

• Conducting routine property inspections

• Conducting open homes and property viewings

• Completing detailed and accurate inspection reports

• Liaising professionally with tenants, landlords and the Property Management team

• Assisting with property access and other property-related appointments

• Ensuring every interaction reflects the high level of service Tracy Yap Realty is known for

• Working across our Chatswood, Epping and surrounding portfolio areas

About You

We're looking for someone who is professional, organised and great with people.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• 1–2 years' experience in real estate, preferably within Property Management, leasing or inspections

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Great time management and the ability to organise a busy inspection schedule

• Confidence working independently while being part of a supportive team

• A positive, can-do attitude

• A current driver's licence and ability to travel between properties

• The appropriate NSW real estate qualifications/registration required for the duties of the role
