Sales Representative

We’re a growing 2 Pak kitchen painting company servicing all of Melbourne, and we’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Representative to focus specifically on growing our customer base across the Eastern and South Eastern suburbs.

If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships and winning new business, this is a great opportunity to step into a role where your efforts will genuinely be noticed and rewarded.

Experience in cabinet making, kitchens, joinery, furniture painting or paint distribution would be highly regarded, but we’re also open to experienced salespeople from other industries who are ready for a new challenge.

• Building new business across the Eastern and South Eastern suburbs

• Developing strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Making outbound calls and arranging client visits

• Following up leads and identifying new sales opportunities

• Managing and keeping our HubSpot CRM up to date

• Tracking customer activity, follow-ups and sales progress

• Reporting regularly to management

• Confident, friendly and great with people

• Self-motivated and comfortable generating new business

• Organised and able to manage your own customer pipeline

• Comfortable using and managing a CRM system

• Professional, reliable and a strong communicator
