Full-time line cook WANTED – Hard Road Brewing, Bayswater

We’re on the hunt for a creative, hands-on full-time line cook to join our team at Hard Road Brewing– a busy, beer-loving brewery in Bayswater with a cult following.

 This isn’t white-tablecloth fine dining.

This isn’t tweezers and foams.

 This is flavour-packed, rustic, beer-friendly food that celebrates quality produce and simplicity done incredibly well. Think the vibe of Netflix’s Chef’s Table: Street Food – honest cooking, bold flavours, and food that tells a story and gains a cult following. 

 Our kitchen is starting to explode with trade, so we’re growing our team to meet the demand and take things to the next level.

 We’re not your average kitchen setup either – we’ve got a custom gold Airstream as part of our kitchen servery. Yep, it’s as cool as it sounds, but still room for expansion and improvement on what we’ve got. This is just the beginning and welcomes a visionary’s touch. 

 Our taproom is packed out night after night (Thursday-Sunday) with us hitting record numbers in 2025. This is a rare opportunity for a chef or cook with vision to build something iconic alongside our team – a food offering that becomes just as legendary as the beers.
