As our IT Help Desk, you will be providing support to our staff in identifying and overcoming technical issues. 

About the role 

 The primary functions of this role will see you:

• Answering phone calls and emails related to IT support issues.

• Providing a basic level of technical assistance to employees.

• Troubleshooting minor IT issues.

• Updating hardware and software packages.

• Installing computer and network systems.

• User administration (setup and maintaining accounts).

• Literacy in technology and systems.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. 

• Excellent time management and organisation skills.

• High attention to detail.
