Qualified Baker - Bread, Cakes & Pastry

Seeking an experienced trade qualified baker able to work full time - including weekend shift work. The applicant will be able to produce the following products:

• everyday sandwich bread products to industry standard

• sweet bread products

• savoury bread products

Additional roles will include the assistance or production of:

• sweet yeast products including donuts

• various cake mixes - sponge, utility cake mixes, mud cake, etc

• pastry products including shortbread, puff pasty, choux pastry and pie bottom

• biscuits and sweets.

Standard hours of work is strictly night/ early morning shifts commencing 12:00am (midnight) for week day baking shifts; 11:00pm for weekend baking shifts.

The successful applicant will be working with 1 apprentice during his/her shift and on most occasions with the senior baker and/or owner.
