Two exciting opportunities. One brand-new practice. The opportunity to join from the very beginning.

We are preparing to launch a new, privately owned general and cosmetic dental practice in Craigieburn, servicing the growing communities of Craigieburn and Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

We are currently looking for two experienced clinicians to join our founding clinical team:

Principal Dentist – 40% Commission
General Dentist – 35% Commission

We’re looking for dentists who are confident within their clinical scope, passionate about patient care and excited by the opportunity to be part of a new practice.

Principal Dentist | 40% Commission

We are looking for an experienced and clinically confident Principal Dentist with a broad understanding of general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

As Principal Dentist, you will play an important role in helping establish the clinical standards and culture of the practice while building a strong general and cosmetic patient base.

You should be confident across:

• General dentistry

• Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning

• Restorative dentistry

• Cosmetic dentistry

• Smile makeovers

• Teeth whitening

• Crowns and restorations

• Invisalign / clear aligners

• Preventative and comprehensive dental care

Managing cases appropriately within your clinical scope

You will also have the opportunity to help shape the clinical direction of the practice as it grows.

General Dentist | 35% Commission

We are also looking for an experienced General Dentist with a strong foundation in everyday general dentistry and confidence managing their own patients.

You should be confident across:

• Treatment planning

• Routine and comprehensive examinations

• Patient education

• Preventative dentistry

• Direct restorations

• Periodontal and general oral health management

• Crowns and routine restorative dentistry

Experience or a strong interest in cosmetic, restorative and clear aligner dentistry will also be highly regarded.

The Opportunity

Both clinicians will have the opportunity to build strong patient books through new patients, online bookings, local marketing, referrals and walk-ins.

The practice will provide a broad mix of:

General Dentistry • Restorative Dentistry • Composite Bonding • Veneers • Smile Makeovers • Crowns • Teeth Whitening • Invisalign/Clear Aligners • Preventative & Comprehensive Care

You’ll also work alongside a dedicated Treatment Coordinator, supporting patient education, treatment discussions and the overall patient journey.
