Client Service Executive/ Junior Account Manager

The Role
Support Advisers to grow their corporate book by handling corporate clients and their employees' queries on insurance, Superannuation and other Employee Benefits programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships to anticipate future client needs.
• Manage client service, implementation and administrative functions. 
• Liaise with key Client and Provider stake holders to ensure effective and efficient management of accounts.
• Assist with corporate flyers and employee benefits summary sheets.
• Manage employer and employee queries, 
• Assist with content generation and coordination of corporate seminars and presentations.
• Take ownership of all serviced deliverables and compliance requirements for your allocated panel of clients.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Financial Services
• Excellent communication skills and eye for detail
• Background in building relationship with clients 
• Exposure to multiple institutions
• experience with Salesforce CRM
