The Role

We’re looking for motivated cleaners with a can-do attitude who are willing to learn, punctual, reliable, and committed to being part of our journey. If you take pride in your work and want to grow with a company that values its team, we’d love to hear from you!

Your tasks will include:

End-of-lease cleaning – full property cleans that meet strict real estate standards.

Airbnb turnover cleans – fast and efficient to ensure properties are guest-ready.

Office & commercial cleaning – occasional corporate cleaning jobs.

Residential recurrent cleans – ongoing weekly or fortnightly cleaning for private homes.

Steam cleaning (sofas & carpets) – professional deep cleaning jobs available for those interested.

$32 - $35 per hour + super

Who We're Looking For

• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn

• Punctual, reliable, and committed to being part of our journey

• Prior cleaning experience (end-of-lease experience is a bonus)

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

• Driver’s licence and car is preferred, but not required – many jobs are accessible via public transport.
