Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm

Saturday 8.45am to 1pm

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, playing a vital role in delivering a professional and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering outstanding customer service over the phone

• Managing customer inquiries via phone and email

• Processing personal loan applications accurately and efficiently

• Providing product knowledge and support to clients

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A friendly, empathetic, and solution-focused approach
