About the role

We are seeking an experienced Volkswagen/Audi Technician to join our growing team. As a Volkswagen/Audi Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality standards that our customers expect and trust.

The best part? Every Friday off. That's right, long weekend, every weekend!

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-ups, and tyre rotations on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment and technical expertise

• Repair and replace components such as brakes, suspension, engine parts, and transmission systems

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems

• Execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications and workshop standards

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work completed

• Ensure workshop safety standards are adhered to at all times

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion

What we're looking for

• Qualified Volkswagen/Audi Technician

• Volkswagen/Audi Dealership/Specialists workshop experience

• Substantial experience specifically working on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles

• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and computer-based service systems

• Strong knowledge of engine management systems, electrical systems, and modern vehicle technology

• Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and wiring diagrams

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Valid driver's licence and ability to conduct test drives

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer interaction

• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to health and safety protocols

• Physical fitness to perform the demands of the role, including working in various positions and lifting heavy components

• Experience with diagnostic software such as VAG-COM or equivalent Volkswagen Group diagnostic tools is essential.
