MARKETING EXECUTIVE - CORPORATE DOCUMENT SPECIALIST

Fivemark is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Marketing Executive - Corporate Document Specialist to support the preparation of high-quality corporate and investor-facing materials for our clients.

This role is suited to someone with advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills who takes genuine pride in producing documents that are accurate, consistent and professionally presented.

This is not a general administrative position. A Marketing mindset combined with strong document formatting, production and quality-control capability is fundamental to the role.

Full-time, part-time or casual employment also considered.

About the Role

Working closely with Fivemark’s Directors, you will support the preparation of presentations, ASX announcements, reports,  briefing papers and other corporate materials.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and formatting professional PowerPoint presentations, including investor presentations, corporate presentations, transaction materials and proposals

• Producing accurate and consistently formatted Word documents, including reports, ASX announcements, briefing papers and correspondence

• Converting raw content, data and working drafts into clear and professionally structured documents

• Applying client templates, brand guidelines and document styles

• Creating and maintaining PowerPoint slide masters, layouts and reusable presentation components

• Applying Word styles, headings, numbering, tables of contents, headers, footers and section formatting

• Formatting tables, charts, diagrams, images and financial or technical information

• Reviewing documents for formatting, layout and presentation inconsistencies

• Managing document versions and preparing final client-ready materials

• Assisting with the maintenance and improvement of templates and document production processes

• Managing multiple deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of accuracy

• Handling confidential and market-sensitive information with discretion

About You

You are a methodical and dependable professional who takes pride in producing polished, accurate and well-presented work.

You combine a strong visual eye with a systematic approach and are comfortable taking responsibility for the final formatting and presentation quality of invest-facing documentation.

Key skills and experience include:

• Advanced practical capability in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

• Experience producing complex presentations and long-form corporate documents

• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint slide masters, layouts, themes, charts, tables and image formatting

• Strong knowledge of Word styles, multilevel numbering, section breaks, tables of contents and tracked changes

• The ability to identify and resolve formatting issues independently

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

• Clear communication skills and responsiveness to feedback

• A proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset

• Absolute commitment to confidentiality and discretion

A specific degree is not essential. Demonstrated capability, judgement and relevant experience will be given significant weight.

Experience may have been gained within a professional services firm, marketing or communications agency, corporate affairs function or senior administrative role.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat, Canva or other design platforms would be beneficial but is not essential. Experience within ASX-listed environments or the mining and energy sectors would be highly regarded but also not essential.
