We are currently seeking a professional, customer-focused Security Officer to join our team in Morwell in a Monday to Friday Concierge role. About the Role

As the first point of contact for our client, you will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming visitors, contractors and staff
• Managing access control and visitor sign-in processes
• Monitoring CCTV, alarms and security systems
• Conducting regular patrols and security checks
• Responding to incidents and emergencies
• Providing professional customer service and information
• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with the client and emergency services when required

About You

To be successful you will possess:

• Current Victorian Security Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate with CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children's Check (Employee)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and customer service focus
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• High attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Visa Holders encouraged to apply.
• Current Victorian Driver Licence (desirable)
