Administration Assistant

Salary Range: $59,448 - $67,613 depending on experience including Salary Packaging

Booragoon / Cockburn Location

With an established and proud 85 year history, Rocky Bay is a leading provider of disability services offering choice and independence to thousands of children and adults living with disability in Western Australia.

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our teams in Booragoon and Cockburn in a part-time role, working 4 days per week (8-day fortnight).

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and spreadsheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to follow established processes and procedures
• Well-developed problem-solving skills
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong time management and organisational skills

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the NDIS
• Experience delivering services under the NDIS (desirable but not essential)
• Experience working within the disability sector (desirable but not essential)
• Experience using or the ability to quickly learn Lumary and Skedulo
• Finance or accounts administration experience (desirable but not essential)
