At ICG Fleming, we're delivering major commercial plumbing and hydraulic projects across Wagga Wagga and regional NSW.

With a strong pipeline ahead, we're looking for someone who can take ownership on site, lead a good crew and keep projects moving.

The Opportunity

You'll take the lead on the day-to-day delivery of commercial plumbing projects, working closely with our Project Managers and plumbing team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating plumbers and apprentices

• Planning upcoming works and keeping the crew productive

• Coordinating materials, subcontractors and site requirements

• Reading drawings and identifying issues before they become problems

• Maintaining quality and completing project QA

• Working with builders, site managers and other trades

• Keeping works safe, organised and on program

• Developing the next generation of Fleming plumbers

You'll have the support of an experienced Project Manager — we're looking for someone to lead the site, not do five people's jobs.

Who We're Looking For

An experienced Plumbing Supervisor looking for a strong pipeline of commercial projects and a long-term future.

An experienced Commercial Plumber or Leading Hand who's ready to take the next step into supervision.

You don't need to know everything on day one.
