We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café / Restaurant Manager to lead our team, increase revenue, attract new customers, and manage the daily operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily café and restaurant operations.
• Increase revenue, sales and profitability.
• Generate new leads and attract new customers.
• Develop functions, catering and local business opportunities.
• Create promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Recruit, train, motivate and manage staff.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters and shift coverage.
• Monitor staff performance and maintain high service standards.
• Manage labour costs, stock, ordering and suppliers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
• Ensure smooth breakfast, lunch, dinner and function service.
• Manage cash, EFTPOS and end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain food safety, RSA, cleanliness and workplace standards.

Skills & Requirements

• 1–2+ years’ experience in a café, restaurant supervisor, or management role.
• Strong leadership and staff training experience.
• Excellent rostering and team management skills.
• Sales-focused with the ability to grow the business.
• Barista experience with excellent coffee and latte art skills.
• Valid RSA certificate.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
• Reliable, organised and passionate about hospitality.
