Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the integration and transformation of its recently acquired businesses, creating a unified brand and operating model. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing cohesion, leadership alignment, and scalable infrastructure to support the next phase of growth. This role is pivotal in evolving the organization from a collection of independent entities into a cohesive, single brand with a consistent employee and customer experience. The COO will work closely with the CEO and private equity investor, leading an operations management team across a large, geographically dispersed workforce, and will be tasked with aligning operations, systems, performance, service standards, and culture. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a background in a large, people-intensive service organization, with a proven track record in integrating acquired businesses, brands, or operating divisions. Experience in leading large, distributed workforces and building scalable operating models is essential. While healthcare experience is not mandatory, relevant backgrounds may include aged care, childcare, education, disability services, workforce solutions, facilities management, or other complex multi-site service organizations. The ideal candidate will have the leadership capability to guide established teams through significant change and will be instrumental in embedding the group brand throughout the organization, ensuring a shared identity across the previously independent businesses.
