2 x Casual Administration Clerk/Radio Operator's

Assist Operations with On Time Running, observations and recording for reporting.

 Use of Radio communication equipment to monitor On Time Running of the fleet.

 Monitor Time minder shifts and Breathalyser.

 Assist Compliance with reporting to TfNSW with EPI’s and administration.

Follow the Emergency procedures when required.

Download and enter daily fuel sheets and Daily cash reports.

 Maintain server backup details and change backup discs.

 Assist with vehicle monitoring and maintenance data entry as required by your manager.

 Regular checking of emails to stay informed and update.

 General office administration duties including, but not limited to, data entry, filing, and scanning as required.

 Ensure office security by opening and securing the premises at the start and end of each shift.
