As a Senior Consultant in our business, you will develop and grow trusted relationships with clients, which complement the company’s commercial and strategic relationships , whilst mentoring other team members. You’ll contribute to the development of our core platform and patterns to meet current and future client requirements.
Your day-to-day:Get involved in the design and architecture of Azure solutions tailored to meet clients' business requirements and technical specificationsCollaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable Azure-based solutionsWork with an AI-centric mindset to identify and enhance existing processes using modern AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot and GeminiDrive the implementation and configuration of Azure services, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standardsImplement robust security measures and compliance controls to safeguard Azure environments and dataMonitor, optimise, and troubleshoot Azure solutions to ensure performance, scalability, and reliabilityStay updated on the latest Azure and AI features, services, and trends to advise clients on continuous optimisation and innovation opportunitiesServe as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on maximising the value of Azure investments and achieving business out comesWillingness to continually upskill; including learning new technologies and obtaining new certificationsUse professional judgement while treating colleagues and clients with respect and compassion, and a demonstrated ability to display our five Mantel principlesUnderstand and integrate AI models into IDE environments for AI-enhanced development of Iaac

What Tech You’ll Need To Know:3+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing Azure solutions in complex enterprise environmentsProven experience with Azure cloud migration projects from assessment to implementationSolid knowledge of Azure networking, security, identity, and access management concepts and best practicesHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Teraform, Bicep, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) toolsAzure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications preferredUnderstanding of AI models and understand best-fit models for IaaC deve
