We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager to join our leadership team and help drive exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the Venue Manager with the day-to-day operations of the venue

• Leading and developing the team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Driving service standards across the bar, bistro and gaming areas

• Assisting with rostering, labour management and stock control

• Ensuring compliance with RSA, RSG and venue policies

• Leading shifts and maintaining a positive team culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality leadership experience as an Assistant Venue Manager or Duty Manager

• Strong food, beverage and gaming knowledge

• A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing people

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

Essential Requirements

• Current QLD RSA & RSG

• RMLV licence (or willingness to obtain)

• Full Australian working rights
