About Us
Colab Health Group is a boutique allied health clinic where client-centred care comes first. We believe in the power of collaboration, knowledge, and empowerment helping clients understand their bodies and take ownership of their recovery. We offer Physiotherapy-led Clinical Pilates classes, along with access to a full range of strength training equipment (cables, squat rack, balance equipment) to progress rehab goals, and we work closely with our in-house Exercise Physiologist on strength training, osteoporosis, and falls and balance programs. We're a team that values growth and innovation in how we practice, and community and compassion in how we show up for our clients and for each other.
About the Role
We're looking for a passionate, full-time OR part-time Physiotherapist to join our team, managing a rewarding caseload of musculoskeletal and sports injuries. What You'll Be Doing
• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a varied caseload of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries
• Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans for patients of all ages and activity levels
• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
• Educating patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term movement health
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
What We're Looking For
• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
• Experience with musculoskeletal and/or sports injury management (new graduates with a strong interest are welcome to apply)
• A genuine passion for helping patients return to the activities they love
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
What We Offer
• Full-time OR Part-time, stable position with consistent Monday–Friday hours — no weekend work and no late nights
• Supportive, friendly team environment with opportunities for mentoring and professional development
• An engaging caseload of musculoskeletal and sports patients
• Competitive salary, proportionate with experience
• Modern clinic facilities and equipment
• PD allowance of $1,000
• Access to Physio Network
• Work laptop and uniform provided
