Dynamic Admin Role – Be at the Heart of the Action!

About the Role:

As a System Controller, you'll embark on an exciting few weeks of training at our Head Office DC alongside an experience team. You will thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment with support and training; working autonomously to manage various tasks. Our goal is to ensure that both our customers and employees have a welcoming and engaging experience at Spudshed.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Effective invoice reconciliation, check and investigate prices

• Follow up missing invoices/incomplete information

• Raise and forward credits to suppliers, scan to head office

• Printing and replacing of tickets, ensuring weekly promo tickets are printed and given to department heads

• Preparing reports for Head Office and store departments

• Reconcile a high volume of invoices

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

• Prepare analysis of accounts

• Produce periodic reports

• Assist with month end closing

• Answer store phone, monitor store emails and order stationary

• Assist in collating employment packs for new staff

The Person

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous Business Central experience preferred

• Excellent attention to detail

• Sound communication skills

• Desire to learn and grow with the business

• Accounts Payable experience preferable
