3-Month Distribution Clerk / Warehouse

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Store person to support the receiving, handling, and coordination of goods within a busy engineering and project-based environment. This role involves goods receipting, inventory tracking, warehouse operations, and administrative support while working closely with project and engineering teams.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods and deliveries.

• Track inventory levels and verify delivery documentation.

• Operate a forklift to move and store goods safely within the warehouse.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding delivery collections and inspections.

• Maintain accurate records using Excel and other business systems.

• Assist with stock control, inventory management, and warehouse organization.

• Support project teams with goods inspections and documentation requirements.

• Perform data entry and administrative tasks, including maintaining parts lists, bills of materials, and receiving records.

• Ensure warehouse areas remain safe, organized, and compliant with workplace procedures.

• Current Forklift License (LF).

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or goods receiving experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate deliveries, inspections, and collections.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, including unpacking goods from timber crates.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.

• Experience with inventory management and stock control.
