Centre Director - $115k + salary plus bonus

• Full time position available at our Holden Hill Centre.

• $115,000 + salary in addition to $10,000 in bonus incentives.

Essential requirements:

• 2 years + experience as a Centre Director

• Leadership experience

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education

• Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Accredited Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain)

• Excellent communication skills to develop good relationships with children, families and staff

• Innovative, creative, positive and motivated

• Great personality with a professional manner and appearance

• Enjoy being part of a positive goal oriented team

• Passionate advocate for 0 to 6 year olds

• Working knowledge of EYLF

• Working knowledge of NQS

Highly desirable:

• Management qualification (Diploma/Degree)

• Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood, equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
