About the role
Are you someone who is passionate in the provision of high-quality services that are person-centred?
We have an exciting opportunity for an NDIS Support Facilitator to join our team, working full-time within our Batemans Bay office.
In this role, you will oversee and review the management of supports participants receive from The Trust, with an emphasis on independence, inclusion, wellbeing and safety. You will work collaboratively with participants, families/carers, Management and the broader team to ensure our programs, groups and individual supports are tailored to the needs and choices of participants.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The annual salary for this role will be between $80,000 and $85,700 (plus superannuation) dependent upon relevant experience and qualification.
About you
You will be a passionate individual with initiative, strong communication skills, and an ability to adapt to the needs of participants and the community.
Experience supporting people with disability and an understanding of barriers for participants with the ability to plan, coordinate and evaluate programs will be highly regarded. We will value your knowledge of NDIS funding types as well as experience in the use of CRM and rostering systems.
