Springwood Kids Early Learning Centre is an Reggio Emilia inspired centre and is uniquely designed.  It caters for 103 children a day aged between six weeks and six years, grouped into a Junior Wing for under 2's and a Senior Wing for over 2's. Fully equipped with their own learn to swim pool, children's cafeteria, food exploration laboratory and art space, Springwood Kids Early Learning Centre really is the centre that children deserve.

We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant! If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.

The successful applicant for this role will:

• Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children

• MUST have previous experience.

• MUST hold a Cert 3 OR Diploma in Children's Services

• Willing to work 3-4 days a week between open and close of the service

• Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high-quality care for children

• Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy

• Take pride in the presentation of the centre

• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

• Show a clear understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
