LO Forklift Operator: Automotive Warehouse

• Order Picking: Operating a Man-up Order Picker (LO) to retrieve automotive parts from high-level racking.

• Inventory Management: Using RF scanners to track stock movement and ensure 100% SKU accuracy.

• Manual Handling: Picking and packing items ranging from small sensors to bulky components (exhausts, bumpers, tires).

• Pallet Building: Consolidating orders onto pallets, keeping heavy items at the base and securing fragile parts.

• Replenishment: Transferring incoming stock into designated pick faces.

• Base Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating/fixed shifts:

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Afternoon Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Overtime (OT): Available before/after standard shifts and on weekends during peak operational demands.

• License: Valid High-Risk LO License required.

• Harness Safety: Mandatory daily inspection and 100% hook-up compliance.

• Machine Checks: Completing daily pre-operational logs.
