About the role
Macallan College is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer/Student Support Officer to join our growing Parramatta team.

We are a growing organisation and are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals who can work autonomously. Located at our Parramatta Campus, you will work with a supportive, friendly team who are committed to ensuring our students have the best learning experience possible.
Essential:
Demonstrated experience in the field of administrative work and/or student support including accurate data entry and record keeping
Experience in either education administration or student services is acceptable for this role
Minimum 1-2 years of administrative/student support experience required
Understanding of efficient resource allocation across multiple simultaneous requirements
High level of communication, customer service and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to establish positive relationships in multicultural teams including colleagues, supervisors and students
Excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to meet competing deadlines
Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite required
Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry and reporting
Demonstrated track record of proactively following up, and resolving, client enquiries
Commitment to excellence and accuracy across all work tasks including attention to detail
Excellent English language ability in reading, writing, listening and vocabulary
A current National Police Clearance (NPC) or ability to obtain one.
Australian work rights required for this position.
Desirable:
Demonstrated understanding of RTO operational requirements.
Experience in the coordination and resolution of client complaints
Demonstrated high-level competence using and/or managing Student Management System software (aXcelerate), including data entry, reporting, extracting and analysing accurate data.
Experience with compliance and continuous improvement processes
Current knowledge of compliance requirements relevant to the sector, including: SRTOs 2025, CRICOS, ESOS ACT and National Code 2018
Recent experience within an International College/RTO or Higher Education Provider highly regarded
Bilingual candidates will be highly regarded.
