Job Description:

We are actively recruiting a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for a full-time home health position, working with patients in Carnegie/Crafton, PA, and nearby communities. The role involves weekend on-call duties and delivering comprehensive patient care plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to manage time efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate patient care plans in a home health setting.

- Maintain punctual and accurate charting to meet healthcare requirements.

- Efficiently manage a flexible schedule, including on-call weekend duties.

- Travel locally to provide in-home care to patients.

Qualifications:

- An Associate degree in Nursing.

- A valid Pennsylvania RN license.

- BLS and ACLS certification from either the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.

- At least one year of RN experience, demonstrating the ability to self-manage and adhere to a flexible schedule.

Schedule:

On-call requirements include Friday to Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with additional units on Saturday and Sunday. Two holidays per year are also part of the schedule.

Travel:

You must be comfortable with local travel to visit patients, accounting for approximately 20% of the day.
