Expression of Interest – Veterinary Claims Officer

As a Veterinary Claims Officer, you'll use your clinical knowledge to assess complex claims, interpret medical records, support GapOnly® claims processing, and provide technical advice to internal teams. You'll work closely with pet parents, veterinary clinics and colleagues to help deliver fair, timely and customer-focused outcomes.

What We're Looking For

A Veterinary Science degree is essential. This role is designed for qualified veterinarians who can confidently interpret medical records, apply clinical judgement, and explain veterinary concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You'll also bring: • Clinical veterinary experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound judgement and decision-making capability
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to build strong relationships and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
