BARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver exceptional customer service

Creating the perfect cup of coffee

Prepare and serve quality food and drinks according to Zarraffa's brand standards

Cleaning and other duties as directed

MANAGER/SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing support and guidance to the team

Maintaining product and service quality

Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness

Overseeing shift management

Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures

Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers

Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards

Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
