Play’s Kool Halls Head is currently seeking a passionate, dynamic and energetic Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our friendly team on a casual basis, Monday to Friday.

Play’s Kool Halls Head is a privately owned and operated 42-place long day care centre, catering for children aged 0–5 years. We are a warm, family-focused service that values genuine relationships, learning through play and strong connections with children, families and our local community.

At Play’s Kool, we believe children are capable, curious and active participants in their own learning. We provide engaging, play-based environments where children are encouraged to discover, explore, investigate and develop their individual interests and potential.

We pride ourselves on creating beautiful, welcoming learning environments with a wide variety of open-ended resources and experiences that inspire children's curiosity and creativity. Our educators work collaboratively with children to develop meaningful learning experiences and curriculum that reflects their interests, strengths and individual needs.

We are looking for an educator who is passionate about early childhood education and who will bring enthusiasm, creativity and a positive attitude to our team.

You will be someone who:

• Builds warm and meaningful relationships with children and families.

• Is passionate about providing high-quality care and education.

• Enjoys creating engaging, play-based learning experiences.

• Is confident working collaboratively as part of a team.

• Can contribute positively to our Centre's philosophy, curriculum and daily operations.

• Demonstrates a genuine commitment to children's wellbeing, learning and development.

• Is reliable, flexible and willing to support our team across different rooms when required.

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.

• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

• Child Protection Training is highly desirable.

• A strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.

• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Remuneration and hours will be discussed upon application.
