Receptionist

Live Well Physio, Hillarys has an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist to join our team. 

Our vision is to inspire our clients to make positive changes to their health. 
We believe that good health consists of what you THINK, what you EAT, how you MOVE and how you GIVE.  The services we offer include physiotherapy, clinical Pilates, and podiatry.   We also host monthly philanthropic initiatives to help those less fortunate in our community.

Key responsibilities:

This is the perfect opportunity if you are highly motivated, keen-to-learn, a happy natured person who has worked in the medical field before and is capable of showing empathy towards people.  Great customer service and computer skills are essential, experience using Cliniko appointment software is an advantage.  If you want to actually enjoy going to work, then look no further!

We are offering a Permanent position with hours required being Tuesdays 2pm to 7pm, and Wednesdays 8am - 2pm. We require someone who is flexible to cover annual & sick leave (when required) and can work Saturdays (if required).
