We are currently looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our growing team across two exciting opportunities:

Laser & Skin Therapist

As a Laser & Skin Therapist, your day will involve delivering a range of advanced treatments including laser hair removal, dermal therapies, and skin treatments. You’ll create personalised treatment plans and provide tailored product recommendations to help clients achieve their skin goals.

Most importantly, you’ll build strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every client experience feels premium from start to finish.

Clinic Manager

As a Clinic Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the clinic — leading your team, driving results, and creating a culture where both clients and team members feel valued, supported, and inspired.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of skin, laser, and dermal therapists.

• Overseeing clinic operations while maintaining exceptional service and clinical standards.

• Driving clinic performance through KPI management, target achievement, and revenue growth.

• Building strong client relationships and nurturing our loyal client base.

• Partnering closely with the Franchise Owner to align business strategy and clinic success.

Interested? Here’s what you’ll need to be successful…

• Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy highly regarded.

• Availability to work weekends.

• Proven ability to exceed individual sales targets and team KPIs with a results-driven mindset.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational excellence.

• Experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring is highly regarded, though not essential.

For the Clinic Manager role, you will also bring:

• Proven leadership experience within a clinical, retail, or beauty environment.

• Strong commercial acumen and confidence in driving business performance.

• Exceptional customer service and team leadership skills.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics, people, and business growth.

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher preferred.
