About the Role

We are looking for reliable and safety-focused Line Operators to join our Stapylton production team and help deliver high-quality beverages to customers across Australia.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient line performance.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working a structured 12-hour rotating roster.

Shift Pattern

• 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm / 6:00pm - 6:00am)
• 84 hours per fortnight
• Rotating roster:
  • 2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on
  • 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off
  • Rotate fortnightly between day and night shifts
• Two full weekends off per month

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust beverage filling and packaging machinery
• Maintain production flow by ensuring materials and packaging supplies are available
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate where required
• Support line changeovers and minor preventative maintenance activities
• Ensure product quality through adherence to GMP and hygiene processes
• Always follow all workplace health and safety requirements

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food production, packaging or beverage environment (preferred)
• Experience operating production, packaging or manufacturing equipment (preferred)
• Mechanically minded with the ability to troubleshoot production issues
• Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP or food safety processes (desirable)
• A forklift licence is not required, but will be considered advantageous

Pre-employment Requirements

• Full working rights in Australia
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport required
