Vquip focuses on the design and fitting of components to light commercial fleets. We have a diverse range of customers and develop products and solutions for their fleets that best suit their individual work needs.
The Role & Responsibilities
The Goods Receiving & Inventory Coordinator is a full-time position that is responsible for ensuring all incoming goods are received accurately, inspected, recorded, located, and made available to the business in a timely manner.
The role is a critical control point within Vquip's supply chain.
The successful person will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a disciplined approach to following processes. They will ensure that what Vquip orders, receives, records and stores are all aligned.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
Goods receiving
ERP receiving and data accuracy
Warehouse stock locations
Production schedule/availability
Supplier and internal communication
Inventory accuracy and stock management
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will be highly methodical, accurate and process-driven. They will also:
Have high attention to detail
Be very reliable
Have high levels of integrity
Have strong systems aptitude
Be highly organised
Be hungry, humble, smart
Have warehouse/ERP experience
Have a forklift license
Remuneration
$70,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation based on experience.
