• Assist with processing service paperwork and payments
• Work with the service team to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Keep the reception area clean and tidy
• Support administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, managing customer records)

Requirements:

• No prior automotive experience required—just a passion for customer service!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus)
