About the role
Co. Habitat Co-Working Space is looking for someone to join our team as an Office Administrator.

The ideal candidate will oversee the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From confirming client bookings, ensuring room set up to standard, supervising and supporting front of house team, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.Managerial experience is beneficial but not required. We will provide on the job training as well as provide valuable learning opportunities and skill development to the right candidate. The Details:Office Administrator - Full Time (38 hours per week Monday to Friday) or Part-Time (min 27.5 hours per week) for Right CandidateTypical Roster: 8:24am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)Location: Co. Habitat Co-Working Space 33-35 Palmer Street South TownsvilleStart Date: Available for immediate start to right candidatePay: $32.67-$33.99/Hour + 12% super guarantee Remuneration may be reconsidered in 6 and 12 months based on business growth. Annual Leave: 4 Weeks + 3 weeks paid Christmas Closure
Responsibilities and Duties: Provide supervision and support for front of house team Maintain positive client/member relationships Onboarding new members and staff Stocktake and maintenance of office supplies Managing and overseeing social media activities
Qualifications - Preferred but not essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Proficient in Canva, Adobe and various social media platforms beneficial but not essential. Training can be provided. Bookkeeping experience beneficial but not essential. Training can be provided.
