We're looking for a driven and curious Analytics Specialist to join our growing team. If you thrive on solving complex tracking challenges, building smart measurement frameworks, and turning data into meaningful impact, this role is for you.

You'll lead end-to-end analytics solutions across leading brands such as VW , Gumtree , and Wesfarmers brands working hands-on with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to design, implement, and optimise best-in-class tracking ecosystems. From solution architecture to insight delivery, you'll play a key role in shaping how our clients measure and grow their digital performance.

You'll collaborate with a high-performing, supportive team and gain exposure to enterprise-level projects including opportunities to work directly with Google. If you're analytical, technically strong, and excited by continuous learning, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the entire service process as an expert. (Consulting, Implementation, QA, Support, Workshops/trainings, Analysis etc.)
• Lead the client communication and ensuring that they can always contact us with their technical and business questions/ issues.
• Supporting digital analytics solutions across strategy, design and technical implementation.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, and other visualization tools for (KPIs)
• Engaging in internal taskforces for optimising the TRKKN services

What you'll need:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role (client or agency).
• Experience managing small to mid-tier projects
• Proficiency in GA4/GTM. Basic knowledge of HTML/Javascript/CSS/SQL desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
