This role includes coordinating trades and contractors, monitoring project progress against plans and schedules, and ensuring work meets quality standards and building codes. The Construction Supervisor conducts regular site inspections, enforces construction safety procedures, and addresses issues or delays to keep projects on track. The role also involves clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to provide updates, resolve concerns, and support an efficient, transparent building process.Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership and contractor coordinationProficiency in site supervision and day-to-day construction site managementEffective communication skills for liaising with clients, trades, and internal stakeholdersExperience with inspection processes, quality control, and compliance with building standardsSolid understanding of construction safety practices and ability to enforce safety protocolsRelevant experience in residential construction or homebuilding supervisionKnowledge of local building codes and regulations in Western AustraliaAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentationValid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites as requiredRelevant trade qualification, diploma, or degree in construction management or a related field preferred
