Receptionist / Accounts Assistant

Part Time Position.

Monday to Friday – 6am to 11am

An exciting opportunity exists for a Receptionist/Accounts Receivable Assistant to become a key member of the accounts/admin team, for an established and highly regarded manufacturing company based in Melbourne’s west.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful applicant will be a self-motivated person with previous experience in a manufacturing office environment, or similar, who has demonstrated the ability to perform a hands-on and diverse role.

The successful applicant will have the ability to multi task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines. 

The Company

A growing manufacturing business which produces products for the building and construction industries, renewable energy, automotive etc.

The Role

·         Answering incoming calls & Greeting Visitors

·         Managing incoming and outgoing mail

·         Data entry

·         Filing

·         Process customer invoices, Delivery Dockets & Certifications

·         Process Order updates and checks

·         Assisting other staff / Other duties as required

 The Candidate

·         Proven data entry skills

·         An eye for detail

·         Time management and organisational skills

·         Excellent customer service and telephone manner

·         Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)

·         Experience with MYOB an advantage

·         Experience in document management an advantage

·         A team player attitude with a willingness to help out
