Client Relationship - Operations - Manager - Cleaning

About the Role

A Client Relationship Manager is the face of Demos to a portfolio of valued clients. You'll be responsible for the consistent, high-quality delivery of our services on the ground, the integrity of our reporting and compliance, and the strength of the relationships that make repeat business possible. Site Supervisors and Cleaning teams will report into you, and you'll work closely with our HR, Compliance, and Finance functions.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys client-facing work, brings rigour to operational detail, and takes pride in running tight, compliant, well-presented sites.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, ideally within commercial cleaning, facility services, or a closely related contracted-services sector

• Confidence leading frontline teams across multiple sites

• Strong commercial acumen: comfortable owning site budgets, reviewing timesheets, and reading financial reports

• Excellent written communication for client reports, minutes, and internal escalations

• Familiarity with site inspection and operations platforms (iAuditor, Safety Champion, Connecteam, an advantage)

• A practical understanding of WHS obligations and a genuine commitment to compliance

• A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites
