Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and skilled All Rounder Operators to join our team for FMG Project. You will be responsible for operating various machinery and supporting a range of site-based activities as required throughout the project. If you take pride in your work, have a strong commitment to safety and are looking to join a supportive team, we want to hear from you!

• Conduct thorough daily plant pre-start checks and perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep machinery running at peak performance.

• Ensure all assigned plant is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, operational efficiency, and safety.

• Attentively participate in daily pre-starts, safety toolboxes and team meetings to maintain an incident-free workplace.

• Accurately record, compile, and submit all required daily operational paperwork, machine logs, and site documentation.

• Diligently follow site safety protocols and environmental guidelines to ensure compliant and respectful land management.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Please apply if you believe you meet the following:

• Experienced in machinery (Skid Steer, Excavator, Loader, Roller, Water cart, Dump truck or Grader)

• Minimum HR licence (HC/MC higher preferred for semi watercarts)

• Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)

• Relevant Operations Ticket

• Mine site, Industrial, or construction industry experience

• FMG inducted (Highly desirable)

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.

• Excellent communication skills of different seniorities

• Able to demonstrate a history of safe work practices.

• Full Australian Working Rights

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
