• Salary  AHP-3   $112,139 - $120,284 p.a. (pro rata) + super + salary packaging
• Part-time working 15 hours per week and temporary up to 9/4/27

About the Role

Lead expert nutrition care that helps people regain independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You'll work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, shape evidence based practice and help improve patient flow, recovery and successful discharge across CALHN.

• Lead nutrition care for complex rehabilitation patients
• Build person centred care plans and goals
• Guide dietitians, assistants and students
• Drive quality improvement and service excellence
• Support discharge and hospital avoidance pathways
