THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced residential maintenance plumber who’s confident both quoting and getting on the tools.

You’ll diagnose problems, quote solutions and carry out work, with around 3 jobs a day, not 8.

As your quoting skills grow, there’s opportunity to spend more of your time quoting. But you need to be a great plumber first and happy to get your hands dirty.

12+ months quoting experience preferred.

THE GOOD STUFF

• Our quoting plumbers earned around $180K last year, including commissions

• Averaged around 43 hours a week

• No on-call. No weekends.

• Minimal overtime

• Central work, mostly Inner West

• Around 3 jobs per day

• Weekly training and development

• Newer vehicle + everything you need provided

• Proper coffee + stocked drinks fridge at HQ

• Inner West-based
