You will spend your days managing high-volume peak periods, leading a passionate crew, and serving up fresh Mexican street food to locals, beach goers and commuters catching the ferry. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor: Motivate and engage the crew during high-volume trade and peak waterfront rushes.
• Coach & Train: Upskill team members on service, speed, and standard operating procedures.
• Champion Standards: Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and 100% clean-food quality guidelines.

What You Bring

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality, cafe, or retail environment.
• High Energy: A positive, resilient attitude who thrives under pressure.
• Certifications: Completed (or willingness to obtain) a Food Safety Supervisor certificate and a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course.
