Experienced Certificate III Childcare

This is a role for an educator who knows their craft( MUST HAVE 4+ Years Experience), someone confident leading routines, building genuine relationships with families, and mentoring junior educators, while working within a close-knit and supportive team.

About the role

• Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Support children's individual development, wellbeing and school readiness
• Maintain accurate documentation, observations and learning stories
• Build warm, trusting partnerships with families
• Support and mentor less experienced educators
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies, including health, safety and child protection requirements

About you

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a long day care or early learning setting
• Current Working With Children Check (NSW) or willingness to obtain before commencing
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
• Great knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
• Child Protection training completed (or willingness to complete)
• Warm, reliable and professional, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood education
