About the role

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused People & Culture Advisor to work across a group of companies to help attract, develop and retain the talented individuals who drive our success. In this varied role, you'll partner with leaders across our office and project teams, supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding through to performance, training, employee relations and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. Support leaders with performance management and employee relations. Assist in the coordination of training, development and apprenticeship programs. Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives. Provide advice on employment conditions, policies and HR best practice Support workforce planning, compliance and return-to-work programs.
About You You love working with people, building strong relationships and looking for a fulltime role based in Bunbury WA. What you’ll bring to the role: Tertiary qualification in HR or another related discipline Previous experience 5+ years in HR / People & Culture role. Practical knowledge of employment legislation and workplace practices. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. High levels of organisation, initiative and attention to detail. Collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused. Experience in construction, trades, engineering or a blue-collar environment is highly regarded.
