About the Role

We are looking for a confident, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker who is committed to providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

This is a casual subcontractor position offering competitive rates and ongoing opportunities for growth as our business expands.

Please note: This role will initially be on-call, with a strong likelihood of fixed shifts becoming available as our client base continues to grow.

Hourly Rates

Monday – Friday $51.52/hr inc. Super

Saturday $71.68/hr inc. Super

Sunday $91.84/hr inc. Super

Public Holiday $112.00/hr inc. Super

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the disability support field

• A confident, knowledgeable, and professional approach to support work

• Excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency

• A current driver’s licence and access to a safe, reliable vehicle

• ABN and appropriate insurance, including workers compensation

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working With Children (WWC) Check

• Level 2 First Aid and current CPR certification
