Dietitian

Flourish Holistic Services is seeking a qualified and compassionate Dietitian to provide individualised support to a client residing in Cairns Drive, Darley VIC 3340.

Contractor responsibilities

The successful contractor will be required to:

• Conduct a detailed dietetic functional capacity and nutritional assessment within their professional scope.
• Provide ongoing sessions on a fortnightly basis.
• Develop a practical, evidence-based and demonstrative dietetic plan tailored to the client’s needs, abilities and goals.
• Prepare a comprehensive professional report outlining assessment findings, recommendations and proposed strategies.
• Collaborate with the client, their support network and other relevant professionals where required.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with privacy and professional practice requirements.

Essential requirements

• Recognised qualification in dietetics.
• Current professional registration or accreditation, where applicable.
• Relevant experience conducting assessments and preparing professional reports.
• Strong communication, documentation and person-centred practice skills.
• Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
• Valid Australian Business Number (ABN).
• Current worker screening, police check and other compliance documentation relevant to the role.
• Ability to travel to the client’s residence in Darley.

This is an independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for obtaining and paying for all required employment documentation, professional registrations, insurance and screening checks. These costs will not be reimbursed by Flourish Holistic Services.
