Job Description

In this role at Voice Project, you will:

• Become an expert with our cloud-based survey application.
• Support our consultants with survey build, delivery, analysis and reporting.
• Liaise with our clients providing technical support.
• Build client support materials including online processes and screen capture demos.
• Actively participate in our internal product development.
• Become a systems guru, training our consultants when we release new features.
• Be coached by a more senior member of the team who will support your personal and professional development.

Qualifications

You are the ideal person for this role if you have:

• An interest in improving workplace engagement, wellbeing and performance.
• An aptitude for working with technology systems and data.
• Customer service skills in providing technical support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and English fluency.
• Excellent time management, able to prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
• Attention to detail (cite Star Wars in your cover letter to show this skill).
• Ability to research and solve problems independently.
• Skills in communicating and coordinating your work as part of a close team.
• Relevant work experience coupled with a degree in Business, Science, IT or a closely related discipline.
• Intention to stay in the role for at least 3 years.
• Playfulness and a willingness to not take yourself too seriously.
• The capacity for a full-time role.
• Willingness to travel to our Sydney office for occasional meetings.
• Australian citizenship, residency or a clear pathway to residency.
